Refund Policy
At Liefieboer, your satisfaction and your baby's safety are our top priorities. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused (opened packaging is acceptable) and in the same condition that you received them, including all original accessories and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
